The SavetheData Hackathon, a groundbreaking event organized by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) in collaboration with the esteemed Brainster Academy, was an extraordinary feat of innovation. Bringing together 100 talented participants from the Brainster Academies, the SavetheData Hackathon proved to be a catalyst for transformative change. Over an intensive period of 48 hours, nine exceptional teams worked tirelessly to create innovative digital solutions based on policy recommendations. The central theme of the Hackathon revolved around “Youth and their data online,” a critical topic that demanded thoughtful and progressive approaches.
