The 2I will assess the root cause of youth migration from Delchevo municipality and create synergy between the public and business sector towards building a sustainable long term solution for providing career opportunities for young people in this industrial city. Quantitative and qualitative research methods will be included in the implementation process. Panel discussions will be used to determine the specific issues of the problem with migration and the proposed solutions will be included in the Policy brief. Additionally, a Career fair will be organized for networking and a model for solution. The findings and recommendations will be publicly promoted and submitted to the party to be reflected in the party program in general and for the upcoming local elections.

This 2I aims to respond to the lack of opportunities and organized space for youth engagement in Delchevo municipality. It will explore the prospects for establishing a “Youth Corner” by the municipality. The 2I will conduct a survey with young people in Delchevo to identify the need for such place. The findings and the recommendations will be shared during a conference organized for representatives of party youth and various stakeholders. The information gathered within this 2I will inform the political party local election program in 2021
