This initiative will monitor the electoral promise of the mayor related to “Creation of a modern and urban space to meet the needs of the elderly population in the municipality of Kavadarci” This promise is reflected in the 2022 municipality program. Community mobilization activities will include: establishing communication channels with affected stakeholders regarding the promise; survey and dissemination of the survey results via social and traditional media; public discussions with affected stakeholders and similar. The subject matter of the local monitoring refers to the construction of home for elderly people with modern living conditions in order to meet the needs of elderly people for dignified life in Kavadarci.
