The 2I will assess the root cause of youth migration from Delchevo municipality and create synergy between the public and business sector towards building a sustainable long term solution for providing career opportunities for young people in this industrial city. Quantitative and qualitative research methods will be included in the implementation process. Panel discussions will be used to determine the specific issues of the problem with migration and the proposed solutions will be included in the Policy brief. Additionally, a Career fair will be organized for networking and a model for solution. The findings and recommendations will be publicly promoted and submitted to the party to be reflected in the party program in general and for the upcoming local elections.
