This 2I will examine the discrimination in parts of society that are aimed towards the LGBT community. This initiative will focus on straightening the equal opportunity as well as equal local access and systemic support for the target group. The implementation process of this initiative will include qualitative and desk research including focus groups with LGBT members in finding the best solution to the ongoing issues as well as analyses on already existing legal framework on this issues and interviews with public and municipality representatives. The findings in forms of proposals and Policy brief will be shared with the public and the party for building a position for the local elections program for City of Skopje.
