Within the framework of the Electoral Support Programme in North Macedonia, financed by the Government of Switzerland and implemented by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), on February 26 and 27 in Skopje we organized workshops for members and leaders of smaller political parties, executed by the international expert on political parties, Lolita Cegane. The goal of the intensive training was to contribute to the strengthening of the capacities of political parties in the run-up to the parliamentary elections to formulate effective citizen-oriented policies and election programs.
20 party members from 12 different political parties discussed possible tools for creating and communicating evidence-based policies and participating in an election campaign, in preparation for the presidential and parliamentary elections.
